§ Mr. McLoughlinConsultation on the Nightwear Safety Regulations 1985, under the deregulation initiative, was concluded on 29 October 1993. Since then my Department has received a further 22 letters from business, medical and consumer interests which added to the general support for the retention of the regulations.
