§ Mr. McLoughlinThere appears to have been no correspondence with DTI about the loan guarantee scheme and T. S. Industrial Development Ltd. Neither has any application for loan guarantee scheme assistance, from this company, been rejected by DTI. No comment on the individual case can, therefore, be made.
However, all applications for the loan guarantee scheme are reviewed by participating scheme lenders in the first instance and may be rejected by them.
The qualification rules on level of turnover and the number of employees were reviewed in 1993 and regular reviews are undertaken.
