To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what numbers of males and females aged over 18 years are at present in full-time training in Wales; and what were the numbers in each year since 1979.

Numbers in training are not collected by gender or age. The number of adults aged 18 and over in full-time training at 31 March 1989 and in subsequent years is as follows:
