It is the duty of the Independent Television Commission to bring to my attention any foreign satellite television service it considers goes beyond the limits of what is acceptable. My actions against the pornographic television channel "Red Hot Television" earlier this year should be sufficient warning to anyone who considers overstepping those limits.
