Whether they will undertake a cost benefit study of adapting the Hyde Park Corner underpass to provide for a cycle lane in each direction, and if not why not.
The Earl of CaithnessResponsibility for the provision of cycle facilities in the underpass at Hyde Park Corner rests with Westminster City Council, who are the local highway authority. It would be for Westminster City Council to commission such a study.
