§ Sir Wyn RobertsThere are many initiatives taken locally by training and enterprise councils and by the Employment Service placing, assessment and counselling teams to improve access to training and employment opportunities for disabled people. I fully support all of these and am committed to the widest possible access for all to full participation in the labour market.
