§ Mr. ForthUnspent balances in respect of all local education authority-maintained nursery, primary and secondary schools in England at the end of the 1990–91 financial year, as recorded on LEAs' annual revenue outturn returns to the Department of the Environment, amounted to £322 million. The estimated figure for 1991–92 is £394 million.
