§ Mr. Robin SquireThe Department does not collate information on the number or source of complaints about conduct during ballots on grant-maintained status, nor on whose conduct is complained about.
All such complaints are considered carefully and are investigated as appropriate. Particular attention is given to complaints alleging breaches of the law or where there may have been improper influence on the outcome of a ballot.
