Mr. Raynsford

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he received a copy of the report prepared by Hambros for the Housing Corporation on the private financing of housing associations; and if he will place a copy in the Library.

Mr. Baldry

Hambros presented its report to the Department on 31 January 1992. It contains commercially sensitive information and we have no plans to publish it.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) when he was informed of the proposals being considered by the Housing Corporation for a new approach to the allocation of housing association grant to developing housing associations; when he received a copy of the white paper "Revised Housing Association Funding Regime"; and if he will place a copy in the Library;

(2) if he will list the housing associations which would qualify for housing association grant under the criteria being considered by the Housing Corporation in the paper

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a list of the locations or addresses of designated gipsy sites in England; and if he will make a statement.
