§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleMy Department has not employed Bray's Detective Agency (Southampton) Ltd. to examine the background of persons protesting against the M3 through Twyford Down. They have been employed to serve papers on people who have trespassed on the Department's land and to photograph trespassers. To date the agency has been paid approximately £7,000 for this work.
