§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleSince 1989, it has been possible to link the vehicle registration mark of vehicles involved in personal injury road accidents recorded by the police to vehicle data held at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority in Swansea. This link allows the identification of minibuses involved in road accidents according to vehicle construction definitions held at DVLA.
