To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether military equipment made as a result of collaboration between a British and an overseas company needs a United Kingdom export licence before it can be sold to a third country.

Military equipment made as a result of collaboration between a British company and an overseas company requires a United Kingdom export licence if exported from the United. Kingdom. Exports of such equipment from overseas countries are the responsibility of those countries.
