§ Mr. MacleanAny additional costs to local authorities arising from the provision of public information under the Radiation Emergencies Regulations 1993 will be de minimis. Local authorities are already required to maintain emergency planning procedures and adequate resources for this purpose are provided in the local authority finance settlement.
