§ Mr. VazTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what measures he is taking in his review of urban priority areas to ensure that local authorities which have both prosperous areas and areas of acute deprivation do not lose priority status as a result of the existence of the prosperous areas.
§ Mr. Robin SquireIn considering information about the incidence of urban needs, we will study results from census and other data at three levels—local authority areas, wards and census enumeration districts, the last covering about 500 persons.
