§ Mr. WaldenTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what consideration he is giving to providing an environmental impact assessement of the trans-European road from Felixstowe to its final destination in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. KeyAn environmental impact assessment will be undertaken in accordance with the normal procedures for any new road scheme which is proposed within the United Kingdom along this route if it is likely to have a significant effect on the environment.
