§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 1 December 1993]: The petitions submitted on behalf of Mr. Raymond Gilmour on 8 January, 12 March and 27 May this year are the subject of detailed inquiries which are not yet complete. The hon. Member will be informed as soon as a decision has been reached on his constituent's case.
