§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe discuss the continuing crisis in Africa and humanitarian needs regularly with other Community Ministers. We were prominent in discussions culminating in the Community's decision to launch this year's special food aid programme and have recently led EC troika fact-finding missions to Africa, including Somalia. EC Ministers will review the situation on 18 November at the Development Council, which will be chaired by my noble Friend the Minister for Overseas Development.
