§ Mr. NorrisThe third air transport liberalisation package will come into effect on 1 January 1993. Work is now in hand to make the necessary changes to existing United Kingdom legislation.
Under the United Kingdom presidency, work is going forward on other aviation issues including airport slot allocation and state aids.
