The Earl of CaithnessIt is for British Rail to determine its priorities. They are currently considering how to allocate their funding as announced in the Autumn Statement. Subject to that, there should be adequate provision for British Rail to spend the following sums on the combined King's Cross-Thameslink project (no figures are available for the individual projects).
