§ Mr. Robin Squire[holding answer 17 November 1992]: No application has been made for derelict land grant or for city grant for this project. The developers have presented what they have called a preliminary application for city grant, but are still working up their ideas. I understand that they may soon be in a position to put firm proposals to the Department.
