To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many papers his Department has currently withdrawn from the Public Record Office; if he will list their titles; and when he estimates they will be returned.

My Department has 65 records out on loan. It is estimated that they will be returned by 31 December 1992. The records concerned are:
