What are the consequences for the British nuclear weapon testing programme of the recent decision of the US Administration to limit the number and yield of nuclear tests.

Under the terms of the Energy and Water Appropriations Act the United Kingdom is permitted to conduct three nuclear tests in the period between 1st July 1993 and 30th September 1996.
