How many (a) Czech and (b) Hungarian nationals entered this country as visitors in 1991; and how many were refused entry at the port of entry.

Provisional data indicates that 51,000 Czech nationals and 35,000 Hungarian nationals were admitted to the United Kingdom in 1991 as ordinary or business visitors. Data on persons refused leave to enter and removed is given in the table.

Czech and Hungarian nationals refused leave to enter and removed from the United Kingdom in 1991 were as follows:
