§ Mr. Peter LloydThe Home Office paid £1,666,000 grant in aid to the United Kingdom Immigrants Advisory Service in 1991–92. This included grant for the service's refugee unit which has now been constituted as a separate body. In respect of the future of UKIAS, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to a question from the hon. Member for Walsall, North (Mr. Winnick) on 18 May 1992, at column10.
