§ Mr. JackThe Buildings At Risk Trust, a proposed charitable company, has not yet formally applied for registration as a charity to the Charity Commissioners. It has, however, submitted its draft memorandum and articles of association to the commissioners with a view to being registered. The commissioners are currently considering these.
