To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to receive a report from the Essex constabulary on their investigations into the convictions of Sam Kulasingham and Prem Sivalasingham; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mr. Jack
The Essex police are actively proceeding with their inquiries into this case but the extent of their remaining inquiries makes it difficult, at this stage to give a precise timing for their conclusions.
