§ Mr. YeoThe specific grant available nationally to local authorities for people with AIDS/HIV increased by £5.1 million, or 43.5 per cent. in real terms, between 1991–92 and 1992–93. The grant for people with mental illness increased by £10.4 million, or 43.1 per cent. in real terms, over the same period.
