What are the amounts of bilateral aid to China and the British contribution to EC aid to China respectively for each of the years 1989– 90,1990– 91 and 1991– 92 respectively and the budgeted amounts for 1992– 93?

The amounts of UK bilateral aid to China are as follows:

These figures include expenditure on existing projects funded under the global Aid and Trade Provision (ATP) and also the country allocation for technical cooperation with China. The British contribution to EC aid to China is recorded by calendar years. The figure for 1989, the latest year for which figures are available, was £5 million.
