asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, following the signing of a document setting up a Council for Economic Co-ordination between Gibraltar and Algeciras on 29th January by the Chief Minister and Mayor respectively, other Campo area Mayors have signed; whether a working party or committee meeting has since been held; if so, what projects or studies were recommended; and whether any EC funding is envisaged.

The Economic Co-ordination Council (ECC) is expected to meet shortly. Once the inaugral meeting has taken place, Campo area Mayors will be formally invited to join the Council. A number of proposals are already being studied which the ECC hope will be supported by EC funds.
