asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will list the occasions where the principles of environmental impact assessment have been applied to policies, plans and programmes as referred to in Article 2(7) of the Espoo Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context.

The convention has not yet entered into force. The Government are however committed to the integration of environmental concerns into policy appraisal and decision making.
