To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many cases of sexually transmitted diseases have been recorded in Northern Ireland in each of the past five years giving the numbers for each category.

registration scheme for 1980 to 1989 are as follows. There is substantial under-reporting of cases in the present registration scheme.
