To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many cases of AIDS have been recorded in each of the past five years in Northern Ireland; and how much money has been allocated in the same years to deal with the problem.

The number of new AIDS cases diagnosed in each of the past five years is:

Resources are not allocated specifically for AIDS-related treatment and care services. Health and social services boards are required to provide such services from within their total financial allocations.
