§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe understand that all but two of the members of the former site 8 leadership have returned 461W to refugee camps on the Thai/Cambodia border, 10 of them to site 8. The exact whereabouts of the others is uncertain, but we understand that the two who remain inside Cambodia are safe.
