§ Mr. Douglas HoggMs. Pamela Dix has written three times to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State concerning the Lockerbie disaster. Ms. Dix wrote most recently on 4 November 1991 enclosing a copy of a status report by UK Families Flight 103. My right hon. Friend replied to Ms. Dix on 19 November.
