§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe animal rights national index—ARNI—was created in 1986 and it holds about 21,000 names. The data held by ARNI are used to assist the police in their investigations into acts of animal extremism and also to provide advice and guidance to those who may be at risk from such acts.
