§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyThe Government required regional health authorities to have at least one paediatric pathologist in post by 31 March 1991 and to conduct a review of the need for further posts by 1992. The conduct of paediatric post-mortems is a matter for professional judgment and there are no special arrangements in place for funding them.
