§ Mr. KeyWe are today announcing a package of additional Government assistance for the Dearne valley including increased derelict land grant and urban programme allocations to the local authorities of Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham and two city grants to the private sector to stimulate economic regeneration in the area. Revenue support for local authorities is assessed 193W annually. This is based on a broad set of principles which take account of the social, demographic and physical characteristics of each area.
