(2) if paragraph 123 (a and b) of chapter 1 of the Suffield (Batus) Range standing orders was complied with between 1 January 1983 and 7 July 1989; and if he will make a statement;
(3) if paragraphs 202, 203 and 206 of chapter II (Range Safety) of the Suffield (Batus) Range standing orders were complied with between 1 January 1983 and 7 July 1989; and if he will make a statement.
