Mr. John Browne

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will place in the Library annexes C and D to the summary report of the board of inquiry into the 7 July 1989 accident at Batus training area; and if he will make them available immediately to the solicitors acting for Grenadier Guardsmen Hicks, Ray and Povey.
