§ Mrs. ChalkerObservance of human rights in Malawi is showing welcome improvement. A total of 88 detainees have been released so far this year. The Malawi Government have told us that all remaining cases of detention without trial are under review. We seek an end to detention without trial in Malawi as elsewhere.
