§ Mr. ChopeI am pleased to announce that the Driving Standards Agency has produced an official reference book for motor cycle riders which will be published today. It covers a wide variety of subjects including all aspects of riding technique with particular emphasis on defensive riding, equipment, legal requirements, details of compulsory basic training, the motor cycle test and basic maintenance. The book will cost £6.95 and will be available from HMSO agents and high street bookstores. I am placing copies in the Library.
