§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe discuss the export of arms with Belgium and with our other partners in the Twelve. We expect to work more closely together in this field in the future. Both Britain and Belgium are also members of the missile technology control regime which aims to combat the proliferation of ballistic missile equipment and technology.
