To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Meirionnydd Nant Conwy (Dr. Thomas) of 12 February,Official Report, column 387, whether the United Kingdom made any substantive input into the discussions at the non-proliferation treaty review conference concerning the threat of military attacks on nuclear facilities.
