§ Mr. Lennox-BoydCitizens of Congo and Gabon may apply to the British embassy in Kinshasa, which now has responsibility for diplomatic relations with Congo and Gabon, or to British diplomatic missions on their travel routes, for example, Paris, Amsterdam or Rome.
