§ Mr. Ron DaviesTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take steps to ensure that hunts on Forestry Commission land are required not to fill in earths after a failed dig or at any time when an animal might still be in occupation.
§ Mr. Michael ForsythI have brought this matter to the attention of the Forestry Commission and it will be taken into account when the commission gives permission for hunting to take place on its land.
