§ Mr. ScottI have today placed in the Library copies of amendments made to the handbook for delegated medical practitioners since it was published in 1988. The handbook contains guidance for doctors who decide on behalf of the attendance allowance board whether the attendance needs criteria are met for payment of attendance allowance. I understand that the board intends to reissue the handbook later this year.
