To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what is the level of net income at which full community charge becomes payable for people earning(a) £310 per week, (b) £320 per week, (c) £325 per week, (d) £345 per week, (e) £355 per week, (f) £360 per week, (g) £385 per week, (h) £390 per week, (i) £415 per week, (j) £420 per week, (k) £430 per week, (l) £435 per week and (m) £440 per week (w) for a single person (i) under 25 years, (ii) over 25 years, (iii) 60 to 75 years, (iv) 75 to 80 years and (v) over 80 years, and (x) married couples with (i) no children, (ii) two children under 11 years and (iii) one child under 11 years and one aged 11 to 15 years, (y) a pensioner couple aged under 75 years and (z) a lone parent with (i) one child under 11 years and (ii) two children under 11 years.

The hon. Member's question cannot be answered because the level of net income at which full community charge becomes payable also depends upon the level of the community charge set by the local authority. The question does not specify any level for the community charge.
