asked Her Majesty's Government:

How many Training and Enterprise Councils have been established; and when there will be Training and Enterprise Councils in all parts of the country.

Seventy-one Training and Enterprise Councils (TECs) have been awarded development funding to date. Operational contracts have been signed with twelve of these TECs.

The Government expect that the network of TECs will be complete by the end of the year.
