asked Her Majesty's Government:

When Wildlife Link Seals Group can expect a detailed reply to its letter to the Scottish Office dated 6th March 1990 on: (1) incidental take; (ii) the results of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland's sponsored research; and (iii) departmental responsibility for the implementation of the Bern Convention.
