§ Mr. BaldryThe requirement for public electricity suppliers to prepare a code of practice on the payment of bills is designed to give guidance to all domestic consumers. The codes are to be drawn up by the public electricity suppliers in consultation with the consumers committees and approved by the Director General of Electricity Supply.
